Health Plans
You’ll have three medical plans to choose from:
- Primary Care Plan
- Choice HSA Plan
- Balanced HRA Plan
Each plan is offered by Anthem, but there are differences when it comes to each plan, including how much it will cost you every paycheck as well as at the doctor. You can learn more about the plans – including how much they cost and what they cover here.
